We do not share your details
We never sell, rent or share your personal details with anyone. Your name, mobile number, email address and appointment history are used only by The Cutting Club to run your appointments. Full stop.
What we keep
- Your name, so we know who to expect.
- Your mobile number, for booking confirmations, reminders and missed-appointment notices by text.
- Your email address, for booking confirmations, reminders and receipts by email.
- Your appointment details — dates, times, services and notes.
- Your payment status (cash or bank transfer), so we can confirm whether an appointment has been paid.
We keep only what we need to book your appointments, send reminders and keep our own records in order.
Why we keep it
- To create, confirm, change and cancel your appointments.
- To send you reminders and confirmations by text and email.
- To keep a record of payments received.
Who sees your details
Only The Cutting Club. Our booking system sends reminders and confirmations through trusted text and email providers — they deliver the message, but your details belong to us and are never passed on, sold or used for anything else.
Reminders and messages
Every text and email we send you is about your own appointment. If you would rather not receive reminders, tell us and we will stop — or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you remain a customer, so your appointment history is there when you book again. If you ask us to remove your details, we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
